All the content of the Bassula® web site (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of SAS Caipoba (RCS No 515004877) , located 8 rue Lemercier -75017 Paris-France ; its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by SAS Caipoba.

Patents

The Bassula® brand and logo are owned by the SAS Caipoba. They are registered  (INPI – No 083614891 ) and protected as such.

Our Products & Prices

All features, specifications, products and prices of products and services described on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information on this Website. We reserve the right to make changes in information about price, description, or availability without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website; however, the actual color you will see will depend on your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed upon receipt “confirmation of your Bassula® order. The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed . This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 3 working days). We reserve the right not to confirm an order for any reason (product availability, problem concerning the order received, predictable problems concerning the delivery or issues about a previous order).

Return / Refund conditions

Our No1 objective is to give our customers  100% satisfaction when purchasing and wearing our products. 

Within the same spirit,  if you feel the need to return an item we will gladly make it happen.

Please follow the guidelines outlined here below :

• Merchandise can be returned for a refund within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.  In the case of a product that has been worn and/or washed we will be obliged to refuse the return. In such a situation we will inform you that your return request has been rejected. We will then offer you to send you back the package at your own cost.
• Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
• Note that the shipping cost to return the product will be at your own expense.

Return / Refund procedure

• Before returning the merchandise you must send us an email with the following information :
  • the name & reference of the item you want to return (check on the invoice) 
  •  the invoice number
  • why do you want to return the product (this information is used to improve our customer service)

• Within 2 working days you will receive a “return authorization” number

• When sending  us the product you must mention the following informations on the package :

  • RETURN NUMBER :  Please note that no return will be accepted without the “return authorization” number.
  • SENDER :  your complete address
